This one surprisingly tasted completely different than the first. It tasted more like sausage than bratwurst, and had a very smoky flavor. It also was a reddish color, compared to the first brat's gray complexion. I didn't like it nearly as much as the boiled brat, but Fiancee Peter liked it more.
