Mukhin serves modern Russian cuisine in a sleek glass dome on the 16th floor of a high-end Moscow building. A typical tasting menu at White Rabbit costs 10,000 rubles ($151.46), and includes signature dishes like a baked cabbage topped with caviar and sea urchin with tangerine in a baked potato.
The speakeasy has a secret door, and a password is needed to enter the 1920s Prohibition era-themed establishment. The White Rabbit will have handcrafted cocktails, whiskey and bourbon; a selection of craft beers and wine; and a small bites menu. To get the password, patrons must join the VIP list on the website.
"The White Rabbit" can be found in the basement of the Heritage Court building near Gilbert Road and Cullumber Avenue, but the entrance isn't as it seems. We'll give you a hint: look for the red light. If it is on, the bar is open.
