Can you use rapid rise yeast for wine?

Can you use rapid rise yeast for wine?

Yes, but it won't taste very good. Wine yeast (and brewer's yeast) usually flocculate, meaning they clump together and fall out of the liquid. Baker's yeast doesn't do that, so your wine will be cloudy and taste like yeast.

Do you Stir Turbo Yeast?

Instructions. Before opening, massage the sachet to ensure it is lump free. Add immediately after adding your choice of Turbo Yeast. Stir well to disperse.
