Once the bread is completely cooled, it can be sliced to use for sandwiches, toasted, or served plain. Beer bread goes down as one of my all-time favorite comfort foods. I don't know if it's because the bread is warm, fluffy, buttery perfection, or if it's because my mom made it often.
