Answer – Restaurant licensees with a valid foodservice permit may sell, serve or allow consumption of alcoholic beverages (beer, wine OR distilled spirits) by the drink on Christmas Day from 12 Noon – 10 PM. There is no provision for an extension of these hours even if Christmas falls on a Saturday.
